Fairhouse Insurance offers an SMS/text messaging program that allows enrolled users to receive messages related to insurance account updates, billing reminders, policy renewals, customer support, and claims-related communications.
Opt-In and Consent. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website, or by texting a keyword to our designated number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages from Fairhouse Insurance. You may also provide verbal consent during a phone call with a Fairhouse Insurance representative. Regardless of the opt-in method, you will receive a confirmation text message verifying your enrollment before any further messages are sent.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your account activity and interactions with Fairhouse Insurance.
Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Fairhouse Insurance does not charge a fee for the messaging program, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message from Fairhouse Insurance. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service from Fairhouse Insurance. SMS Data Collection and Use. In connection with our messaging program, we may collect your mobile phone number, mobile carrier name, opt-in date and time, opt-out date and time, and message interaction data. SMS Data Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
